Regular competitions in Oratorical, Debate, Quiz, Recitation, Story Telling, Just-a-minute talk, Newspaper reading are conducted.

The school has excellent libraries; Well-stocked with the latest books, journals and magazines besides several newspapers. To further boost the reading habits of students, book exhibitions by leading publishers, Symposia, Seminars and workshops are also conducted.

The school celebrates various functions like Republic day, Children’s Day, Teachers Day and Festivals like - Diwali, Chirstmas, Ramzan, Basanth Panchami, Holi, Raki, Krishna Jayanthi, Pongal etc., to give the right concept and appreciation of our diverse culture.

On some days, from 3.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. there are extra activities which the children can choose to participate. There is a nominal charge for these activities, which include Instrumental, Dance, Silambam, Archery and Cricket.
